Steerer Tube Vice Blocks 50hr Suspension Service MTB - Tapered Steerer Forks
Make suspension servicing a breeze with 3 rock solid working positions:
- 45 degrees makes removal and installation of lowers an absolute doddle
- Horizontal position for removing/installing dampers and air shafts
-
Vertical position keeps your exposed internals safely out of harm’s way whilst you work on your lowers
Remove the risk of damaging your fragile fork internals by having three secure work positions, for every stage of servicing. No more wincing at the metal on metal scratchy sounds as you awkwardly reinstall your lowers, and no more balancing your uppers on the delicate internal shafts on the dirty floor while you change your seals.
Convenience, durability, performance
- Safely hold your forks rock steady while you work on them
- Protect your steerer tube from metal jaws
- Protect your forks from spinning or slipping in wobbly soft jaws
- Make 50hr services so easy that you might actually do them every 50 hours or less!
- Ultra durable tools made using engineering polymers. Our test processes for vice blocks and seal presses include the ‘max-clamp-force 6-inch bench vice test’ and my favourite, the ‘sledge hammer test’. Our tools will not let you down.
- Service your forks or shock without spending £££ on labour or paying crazy prices for specialist tools.
- Beat the queues at workshops and service your suspension on your own time. A 50hr service can be done in 20 mins and a 200hr service in 1-2 hours.
- Magnets hold the vice blocks in the jaws of your bench vice for ease of use.
- Same day dispatch.
Specification
- 100mm (4”) long sized for compatibility with all bench vices from 3”-6”
